Alex works with both individuals and couples, and primarily with teens and adults. As a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Alex specializes in helping clients who’ve sustained trauma. Other common issues that Alex is trained to help clients navigate include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions.

Alex’s session fee for 45-minute sessions (with individuals or couples) is $120. Exhale Counseling is a self-pay office, which means Alex doesn’t bill insurance directly. However, he is happy to provide a superbill, which clients can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. He also offers sliding scale pricing for qualified applicants.
